We want you to be happy with your SittingSuit but if you're not you can return unused SittingSuits for up to 30 days from date of purchase.
A refund will be issued within 7-10 days of receiving the returned SittingSuit. A copy of the receipt, order number and name and address must be provided when returning - enclosed in the package. We do not offer free return shipping.
If you wish to exchange your SittingSuit for another colour, you must return the product you do not want and order a new one on the webshop when you receive the refund.
Please note that we will not take back a SittingSuit if:
The product does not appear in new condition
The product smells of smoke or perfume
The product has been exposed to fire or smoke
The product has been washed
The product has been in contact with animals
The product is damaged due to incorrect packaging on return.

If you find that a product has been delivered with an error, please send an email with the order number and photos to canadaoffice@sittingsuits.com
